Technical support and bug reports

For technical help or to report a bug in the iopoint mobile app, email:

Include your device model, operating system version, app version, and a description of the issue. If possible, include steps to reproduce it and a screenshot.

Do not send passwords or other sensitive information.

Account access

Your employer creates and manages your iopoint account. Contact your employer or their account administrator for account-access requests, including sign-in help, password resets, and permissions.
